Terms and Conditions of Nakhati Communications and Information Technology Foundation Website
This agreement includes the terms and conditions of the Nakhati Communications and Information Technology Foundation website (referred to as "Flavours"), which all clients must fully comply with. Violation of any term or condition may result in permanent suspension or banning of the client’s account.
All users subscribing monthly or annually to obtain a cloud point-of-sale (POS) system to help grow their business are subject to these terms and conditions. These also apply to services provided by third parties cooperating with Flavours.
Introduction
All users must comply with the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement. If a user does not agree to any of the terms, they cannot register, access, or subscribe to services on the site.
Service Guarantee
- We strive to provide the best services to our clients efficiently.
- The cloud POS system offers multiple advantages once the client subscribes monthly or annually, helping them complete their work effectively.
- Our technical support team is ready to solve any issues encountered.
Flavours Registration Requirements
- Clients must be at least 18 years old to subscribe monthly or annually.
- Clients must provide accurate information for account creation, including name, email, phone number, password, and any other required data.
- Clients must maintain the confidentiality of their account information. Flavours is not responsible for damages caused by disclosure of login credentials.
- Clients are responsible for any breach of their personal data for reasons beyond our control.
- Clients must pay all fees related to their account and provide valid payment methods.
- Clients must agree to the current and any future terms and conditions.
- Clients must comply with Saudi Arabian laws.
Amendments, Notices, and Inquiries
- We may update, amend, or add to these terms from time to time. Clients should regularly review this agreement.
- Notifications will be sent via registered email when amendments are made.
- Clients may contact our team for any inquiries; support is available throughout the week.
Termination of Subscription
- To terminate a subscription, clients must send a request via email at least 30 days before the renewal date.
- If a subscription is canceled, refunds are only issued if management terminates the annual subscription before its completion.
- Accounts will be disabled or deleted after termination, and all financial rights will expire.
Subscription Packages
We offer three packages: Comprehensive, Basic, and Free:
- Comprehensive Package:
- Annual: SAR 3,200
- Monthly: SAR 349
- Basic Package:
- Annual: SAR 1,600
- Monthly: SAR 199
- Free Package:
- Allows adding products, creating invoices, and viewing reports for 24 hours only.
Payment methods include Apple Pay, MasterCard, Visa, and Mada Pay.
Clients must renew their subscription at least 5 days before the end of the current period.
Client Obligations
- Register an account or assign an employee to do so, with full responsibility for the account.
- Provide all required data for using Flavours services.
- Maintain account confidentiality and avoid sharing information with third parties.
- Avoid causing any damage to the site while using services.
Refund Policy
- No refunds after subscription payment, as clients have tried the free package or purchased paid plans.
- Refunds only apply if management terminates an annual subscription before its completion.
Flavours Commitments
- Enable clients to access reports while subscribed.
- Provide all services according to the paid subscription.
- Offer cloud POS system access to the client.
General Conditions
- The site must not be used for illegal purposes or in violation of Islamic Sharia.
- All provisions are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.
- Services may be affected by Internet risks or site updates; Flavours is not liable for errors or temporary service interruptions.
User Conduct
- Users must not abuse the site or other parties; legal measures apply in case of violations.
- Flavours may terminate subscriptions or suspend accounts for breaches.
- Flavours may cooperate with third parties to provide services and may share client data as necessary.
Payment Methods
- Apple Pay, MasterCard, Visa, Mada Pay.
Complaints and Suggestions
- Contact technical support for issues; unresolved disputes can be escalated to competent authorities in Saudi Arabia.
- Constructive suggestions to improve the site are welcome.
Service Interruption Procedures
- Service may be affected by updates, improvements, or Internet risks.
- Flavours is not responsible for temporary interruptions but will take immediate action to address malfunctions.
Liability Limits
- Users waive claims for direct or indirect damages during use of Flavours services.
- Flavours is not responsible for damages resulting from law violations by clients.
Disclaimer
- Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide.
- Flavours is not responsible for third-party sites or content linked from the site.
Intellectual Property Rights
- All content, including photos, icons, and services, is owned by Flavours.
- Unauthorized use of content or trademarks is prohibited.
Privacy and Information Policy
- All client data is handled according to Flavours' privacy policy.
- By registering, clients agree to our privacy and information policy, which includes collecting basic data such as name, email, phone number, business type, and tax registration number.
- Client data is never shared with third parties without explicit consent.
- Data is used solely to provide services and improve the client experience on the site.
